Yes. At OptimaHobbys.com, we only sell genuine and brand new quality name-brand r/c vehicles. All our products are sourced from reputable distributors, wholesalers and resellers.
2. Are your products covered by warranty? Back to Top
We sell products from different reputable brands. Each manufacturer offers thier own warranty. Please check the manufacturer's site for warranty details regarding your product of interest.

You can either order online through our secure server, by phone or by fax.
- Online Order
- Select your products and place them in your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" button.
- You can view or modify your selected products at any time by clicking on "Shopping Cart".
- Click "Check Out" after you complete your selection.
- Complete the billing and shipping information, select your payment method, and click "Check Out".
- Enter your payment details and review all the information carefully to make sure it is correct.

Yes, we accept international orders. However, due to cases of fraud, we process international orders on a case-by-case basis. Only orders that we determine to be non-fraudulent will be approved. We can not process International credit cards from certain countries. International customers should contact us for information regarding payment options.

We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal or Money Order/Bank Draft
Our secure online payment system accepts Visa and MasterCard. The transaction (authorization and address verification) is processed in real time using industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption to prevent the data from being intercepted by any third party. The charge on your credit card statement will show "Optima Ventures".
You can pay us through PayPal with any major credit card or your checking account. Just select PayPal payment method during the checkout process. Our PayPal account is verified.
Select Money Order payment method and proceed to confirm your order. Please make check payable to “Optima Ventures” in US funds. Remember to write your order number on the reverse side of the check. Print the order confirmation page and mail it with your money order or bank draft to:

Yes. It is absolutely safe. Whenever you place an order on our website, your name, shipping and billing addresses, telephone number, credit card number and email address are transmitted over the internet using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption to prevent the information from being seen by any third party. Furthermore, your encrypted credit card information is only transmitted to your bank for authorization. It is never stored on any of our servers or computers so we will never see it.
Statistics have shown that using your credit card to shop on our secure website is far more secure than using it in most department stores and restaurants where you physically give the card to a clerk and they see your credit card number.

Customer privacy is our most important priority. To this end, we will never sell, rent or distribute your name, email address or any other personal information to any third party. Your personal information (without credit card number) is encrypted and stored on our servers. We take extra care to make sure there is no unauthorized access to your personal information and we guarantee you that it will be protected to the maximum extent allowable by law.

We offer three different levels of service for shipments to addresses within the United States and Canada: Standard, Premium, and Express.

Your shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. The cost will depend on the weight of your total order, your selected shipping method and your shipping address. This will depend on your shipping address and your prefered method of shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. After that, it depends on the carrier.

11. Do you charge Sales Tax? Back to Top
U.S.A.: We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped to anywhere in the United States. Also most US orders will not be subject to any customs duties or taxes because the items will be shipped from warehouses located in the US.
Canada: Because our business is registered in British Columbia, we are required to charge 7% GST on all orders shipped to anywhere in Canada. Shipments to British Columbia will be charged an additional 7.5% PST. In cases where an item in your order is not available in our Canadian warehouse, it will be shipped from a U.S. warehouse and may be subject to customs duties. Duties (if applicable) will be determined by Canada Customs at the port of entry and it is the customer's responsibility to pay them.
International: We do not charge sales tax for international orders. Any local taxes or customs duties in your country if applicable are the customer's responsibility.
12. What is your return policy? Back to Top
We will strive to make sure a perfect item is shipped to you. However, if you do not like your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase only if it has not been used, altered or painted and is still in its original packaging. You MUST notify us before making a return, and we will issue you a Return Merchanize Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge. Non-defective items that have been taken apart, painted or altered in any way from their original condition cannot be returned. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, it is not valid for return. If any item is defective it must be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
